This house was one of the first cabins in the area.  Over the years parts and pieces were added making it a little bigger.  When we remodeled one of the rooms, underneath were hand-hewn logs.  Where the concrete patio is they found Native American Indian artifacts when they started digging.    One of the out buildings that is on the property was the original cold storage for the Red Lodge Cafe.  This property has a lot of hidden history.
