Eric is originally from the East Coast.  In upper New York he attended college and received an Associate of Applied Sciences for his culinary degree.  Eric is truly a master chef, and he has worked at Bridge Creek for about 3 years as the executive chef.

One of Eric's favorite things to do is going hiking.
